Organizations
Organizations let teams share credits, manage members, and keep activity logs separate from personal accounts. You can be a member of multiple organizations.
Creating an organization
- 1
Open the account switcher
In the dashboard sidebar, click the account/org switcher at the top and select Create Organization. - 2
Enter name and slug
Give the org a name. The slug is auto-generated from the name and is used in URLs. You can edit it before saving. - 3
Invite members (optional)
Optionally invite teammates by email. Assign each invitee a role: Member or Owner. You can skip this and invite later. - 4
Done
The organization is created. You are automatically set as the Owner.
Member roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access: manage members, billing, settings, delete org |
| Member | Use shared credits, view activity. Cannot manage billing or settings. |
Inviting members
- Go to the org → Members tab
- Click Invite, enter an email address, and select a role
- The invitee receives an email with a link to accept
- Pending invites appear in the Invites tab; you can cancel them or check their status
Changing roles and removing members
Owners can change a member's role or remove them from the Members page. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
Organization billing
Each organization has its own credit balance. Only owners can top up the org balance or manage payment methods. Members see the current balance but cannot add credits.
Credits used by members while the org is active are deducted from the org balance, not their personal balance. The activity log in Org → Activity shows all usage broken down by member and model.
Organization settings
Owners can rename the org or delete it from Org → Settings. Deleting an organization is permanent — all members are removed and credits are forfeited.
Switching between accounts
Use the account switcher in the sidebar to move between your personal account and any organizations you belong to. The IDE syncs your active context via a URL parameter so billing is always attributed to the right account.
